Online Auction and Mobile Bidding
This year, we're opening up the Puttin' on the Max silent auction to EVERYONE! Only those in attendance will be able to see auction items in person, live and up close at the gala. ALL ITEMS will close to the winning bidder DURING the event, at 7:00 pm on November 6.

Auction FAQ's:
- If you win an item and are attending the event, you can take your item(s) home the night of the event.
- If you win an item and are NOT attending the event, use our sign up form to schedule a time to pick your item(s) up at the shelter. A LINK TO THE ITEM PICKUP SIGNUP FORM WILL BE INCLUDED IN YOUR EMAILED RECEIPT. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A RECEIPT UNTIL 2-3 DAYS AFTER THE EVENT, AFTER WE PROCESS ALL EVENT-NIGHT CREDIT CARDS. You will receive your receipt after we process all payments, on TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY, following the event. Items will be ready for pickup at MaxFund at the time you select.

- Live Auction items are only available for bidding in-person at Puttin' on the Max.
- If you win a gift card, gift certificate and/or MaxFund calendar, it will be mailed to the address you provided when you registered for the auction, within three days of the event.
- If you win a gift card, gift certificate and/or MaxFund calendar PLUS other, tangible items, please use the link in your e-receipt to sign up for item pickup to pick all items up at MaxFund.
- Live outside of Denver and need your item shipped? Email admin@maxfund.org.
