  • Parking is meter parking, or $8 for the day in the lot on the WEST side of Jackson's. Same lot as last year's cook-off.
  • Chefs provided with napkins, tasting cups, spoons, table sign and table cover.
  • Are you a Chili Chef? Don't forget to bring your ladle. Tip: Does your chili taste better with a side of onions, a dash of hot sauce, or something else?? Bring a bowl or bottle along, so your tasters/judges can taste it that way too!
