For this special evening Thom Lich, classically trained vocalist, reunites with longtime collaborators vocalist Lauren Shealy and pianist Rob Lowe to present a powerful set of solos and duets from Phantom of the Opera, supporting MaxFund’s mission to shelter and care for Denver’s most vulnerable dogs and cats.
Thom joins us with extensive musical theater performance credits from across the country in productions such as Les Misérables, Camelot, Fiddler on the Roof, and Oklahoma. He has performed solo with symphonies, as part of jazz ensembles, and in collaboration with big bands. Lich has also been featured on television, radio, and theatrical stages coast to coast.
Thom is a Disney alumni, winner of the NATS National Vocal Competition, was offered a classical recording contract with Telarc Studios and quickly became an in-demand studio and recording vocalist, featured in national ad campaigns, media appearances, and in fundraisers across the country supporting causes close to his heart.
LAUREN SHEALY is a seasoned actress/singer who graced off-Broadway stages and regional theaters across the country.Locally, she has performed at The Arvada Center, The Denver Center for the Performing Arts, The Aurora Fox Arts Center and The Lone Tree Arts Center. Shealy is a proud graduate of New York University and Tisch School of the Arts.
Lauren is thrilled to reunite with her dear friends Thom Lich and pianist Rob Lowe, having collaborated with them on productions of Wicked, Nunsense, the Sound of Music, and in countless concerts and galas. She trusts this evening will provide crucial support for MaxFund’s No Kill mission throughout Colorado so that future feline and canine companions may find their way into loving homes.
