Registration for mobile bidding and browsing begins November 1st

Online Auction Mobile Bidding

The Puttin' on the Max silent auction is open to EVERYONE! Only those in attendance at the November 5 event will be able to see auction items in person, live and up close at the gala. ALL ITEMS will close to the winning bidder DURING the event, at 7:00 pm on November 5. 

PRE REGISTER starting November 1 for online bidding here (check back often, we're adding items until event begins in person, at 5:30pm November 5!): If you are a registered guest attending the event, you must still register here for the auction to bid. 

Auction FAQ's:

  • If you win an item and ARE attending the event, you can take your item(s) home the night of the event.

  • If you win an item and are NOT attending the event, use our Signup Genius link to schedule a time to pick your item(s) up at the shelter. A link to the Signup Genius form will also be included in your emailed purchase receipt. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A RECEIPT UNTIL 2-3 DAYS AFTER THE EVENT, AFTER WE PROCESS ALL EVENT-NIGHT CREDIT CARDS. You will receive your receipt after we process all payments, on TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY, following the event. Items will be ready for pickup at MaxFund at the day and time you select. 
  • Live Auction items are only available for bidding in-person at Puttin' on the Max. 

  • If you win a gift card, gift certificate and/or purchase a MaxFund calendar, it will be mailed to the address you provided when you registered for the auction, within three days of the event.

  • If you win a gift card, gift certificate and/or MaxFund calendar PLUS other, tangible items, please use the Signup Genius link to sign up for item pickup to pick all items up at MaxFund. 

  • Live outside of Denver metro area and need your item shipped? Email events@maxfund.org for postage and mailing options.
