Online Auction Mobile Bidding

The Dog House Correspondents' Dinner silent auction is open to EVERYONE! Only those in attendance at the October 19th event will be able to see auction items in person, live and up close at the gala. ALL ITEMS will close to the winning bidder DURING the event, at 7:00 pm on October 19th.

PRE REGISTRATION will begin on October 12th for online bidding; the link will be provided here and sent to your email. (check back often, we're adding items until event begins in person, at 5:30pm October 19th): If you are a registered guest attending the event, you must still register here for the auction to bid. 

 

Auction FAQ's:

  • What happens if I win an Item?

    If you win an item and ARE attending the event, you can take your item(s) home the night of the event.


  • What if I win something but I am not present on the night of the gala?

    If you win an item and are NOT attending the event, click the Signup Genius link to schedule a time to pick your item(s) up at the shelter. A link to the Signup Genius form will also be included in your emailed purchase receipt. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A RECEIPT UNTIL 2-3 DAYS AFTER THE EVENT, AFTER WE PROCESS ALL EVENT-NIGHT CREDIT CARDS. You will receive your receipt after we process all payments, on TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY, following the event. Items will be ready for pickup at MaxFund at the day and time you select. 

  • How can I bid on Live Auction items?

    Live Auction items are only available for bidding in-person at The Dog House Correspondents' Dinner. 


    Other Prize Details:

  • If you win a gift card, gift certificate and/or purchase a MaxFund calendar, it can be mailed to the address you provided when you registered for the auction, unless you would like to use the Signup Genius link to schedule a time to pick it up yourself.

  • If you win a gift card, gift certificate and/or MaxFund calendar PLUS other, tangible items, please use the Signup Genius link to sign up for item pickup to pick all items up at MaxFund. 

  • Live outside of Denver metro area and need your item shipped? Email events@maxfund.org for postage and mailing options.
